It’s in a strategic location, within easy walking distance of the university, Paseo de la Castellana... and with excellent public transportation access (several bus lines take you directly to Gran Vía/Sol/Plaza de España, Paseo de la Castellana/Nuevos Ministerios, or any of the faculties in Ciudad Universitaria).

The apartment, with a separate entrance at street level, features good thermal and acoustic insulation as well as an underfloor heating and cooling system. It also includes air conditioning, automatic motorized blinds, and is fully equipped with both appliances and household items.
