This spacious and bright apartment is located in the center of Madrid, ideal for a stay in the city, whether for work or study.

The apartment has three bedrooms. One features a double bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom; another also has a double bed and wardrobes; and the third offers two single beds, perfect for accommodating different types of tenants. In total, there are two full bathrooms with showers, equipped with towels, shower gel, and shampoo, so you can travel light and enjoy your stay from the very first moment.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. The living room is a cozy space to relax after a long day of work or study, featuring a Smart TV perfect for enjoying your favorite series or movies.

Additionally, the apartment includes heating, air conditioning, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, bedding, a small cleaning kit, and everything necessary to make you feel at home. This accommodation is the ideal place to make Madrid your home.

My stay in Madrid in puerta del sol

The apartment was clean and generally in a good location. However it is on a very, very very busy street with no view to street. The no view to street was not clearly stated. The disappointing issue was that the apparent smelled of cigarette smoke. We couldn’t tell if the smoke smell was from previous renters or seeping in from aN adjacent apartment.

In the heart of the action.

In the heart of the action. Apartment is located on an extremely commercial and busy street but in the back of the building where it was surprisingly quiet. It was an excellent set up for four people. The apartment felt slightly claustrophobic because the windows looked out onto a very small shaft way with an absolutely no view but consequently quiet. Given how busy the area is we were happy to trade the quiet for a view. The people managing the apartment were very professional and helpful.

Allerbeste Lage im Stadtzentrum

Eine bessere Lage fĂŒr einen StĂ€dtetrip nach Madrid kann man sich nicht wĂŒnschen.Direkte NĂ€he zu Sol. Das Appartement ist perfekt fĂŒr eine Gruppe von 4 bis 6 Freunden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und die Übergabe war sehr nett.
