For the calculation, a copy of the electricity and gas bills will be provided, making a proration when the company's reading does not exactly coincide with the rental period.The building has air conditioning with centralized energy management, which is a considerable saving in air conditioning and hot water because they are generated by the common installation, although then everyone must pay for what they consume (individual air extraction in each loft).

POOLThe urbanization has a magnificent swimming pool surrounded by meadow with umbrellas, it is guarded by a lifeguard.The pool is open from June to September, the specific dates vary each year depending on the weather and local ordinances.

Station 8/10 min walk.- If you have a car, we have a garage space suitable for 2 vehicles.- Direct access to the N-I (km 17)- Direct access to M12 for Adolfo Suarez Barajas Airport: 8/10 min by car.



THE FINE PRINT

-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.

-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport and credit/debit card upon check-in.

-Events and/or parties are not allowed.

-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 30€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.

-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
