Terrace Suite Apartment Excellent Choice!

Pros: location, suite, cleanlines, friendliness of staff, great for families with small children , elevator, amenities,
Cons: I didn't ask but front desk so maybe they had but it would have been nice to have a roll of paper towels in the room.
Location: Reina Sofia, Retiro Park, Bus, train, and metro. The restaurant next door were great! We loved that there was a Starbucks, Burger King (Kids)
Our stay was flawless starting before we even arrived. Excellent communication as far as arrival procedures after check-in hours. It was extremely easy even arriving close to midnight with an infant and a 5 year old. The terrace suite apartment is more spacious than your average hotel room crib, highchair, a small kitchen equipped with all the basics. Perfect for washing out baby bottles and cooking up a quick meal for our picky eater. The grocery store on the corner made picking up a few odds and ends like bottled water, cereal and milk helped us save time in the mornings. The location was perfect about two or three blocks from the bus stop in front of the Reina Sofia (1.50euro per person 6 and up) and you can get to anywhere you need to go we stopped for a Starbucks there infront of the Reina Sofia and began our day. You can also have a nice walk to Retiro Park from the hotel have the kids feed the fish or go for a paddle boat. We took advantage of the laundry machine there too and the dishwasher made clean up very easy. There is also a nice size fridge and freezer that works extremely well. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the entire suite and hotel. We regret not alotting enough time to enjoy the pool it was heated to perfection which made traveling in February a relaxing treat the cool air and the warmth of the water was so refreshing. Iria went above and beyond for us she has a positive attitude and kindly arranged our taxi to the airport. It was wonderful!
