There’s a blackout curtain in the bedroom that was broken and completely came off the rods. It was never fixed. And the vertical blinds were bent, did not extend fully and some were missing. All of this resulted in no privacy in our rooms.

The apartment was perfect and very clean. Unfortunately massively let down by the check-in experience and misleading advertising of the pool. There is a 24hr check in kiosk that is advertised but when you get there it doesn't actually work so you have to go on a wild goose chase to find the emergency phone number and call someone. The receiption is only open for 2 hours while you are allowed to check in which is ridiculous. Also note that the pool is only open while the reception is open so you can't use it at night after a long day.

La atencion en el chequeo exelente. Muy cooperativo en nuestras preguntas acerca de el area. Nos entrego un mapa y nos señalo los lugares mas emblematicos en Madrid. En la avitacion no trabajaba el aire acondicionado y regresamos a la reseccion. Llamaron en el momento a mantenimiento y cuando regresamos ya estaban trabajando en el aire. Lo cual hera solo hacer un resets. Muy recomendado el lugar

The place is clean, tastefully decorated, and is close to metro and major museums. There are 2 grocery stores nearby. With a pull-out sofa, it is quite tight for 4 guests. Kitchen is well equipped.
