Overall very pleasant stay

The room is spacious and clean. It's a new hotel, everything looks tidy and new. Staff were very friendly and check in and out process was smooth. Shower temperature was a bit inconsistent as it turns cold for a few seconds before it's back to warm temperature. There is a nepresso coffee machine in the room but no kettle in the room and no way to get hot water. Location is 1 minute away from Suanzes metro station. However it is quite far from Madrid city centre (takes at least 30 minutes to get there). It's only 15 minutes taxi from the airport so it's very convenient for catching a flight.

I prepaid for breakfast but on the Saturday morning there was no food at 9am. The desk manager explained that they had only planned for 10 breakfasts but had sold 20 more.

Bon séjour à Madrid

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Service au top, personnel très aimable et serviable. Chambre neuve et très bien décorée. Petit déjeuner complet et varié. Accès au métro 2 minutes à pied. Environ 30 min de métro jusqu’au centre ville. Commerce à proximité. Accès aéroport metro + bus 30 min, 10 min en taxi.
