nice but....

clean, great management, check in was good, however, the pictures in the web site seemed portraying larger in room sizes.... when we arrived there, rooms seemed smaller than the pictures in the web site. but it is just a picture.... wished I knew that the picture can be different from how you feel when you are actually there...

BFF's and Family Stay

Four of us had a great stay at the Charming La Latina Market. The apartment was clean, the bathrooms were excellent, and the dining table was perfect for gathering, chatting, and relaxing before heading out each day.La Latina was an ideal base for a long weekend—close to coffee shops, tapas bars, and just a 10-minute walk from Plaza Mayor.We felt safe and had no trouble walking to Puerta del Sol, the Prado, Royal Palace, Reina Sofía, and other major sights.Being near the famous El Rastro flea market was a treat. One morning, we stepped outside to live music in the narrow street by our apartment—an unforgettable part of the Madrid experience. We loved being immersed in a local neighborhood.

Great location, easy access to historical sites, metro, grocery, bars and restaurants.

This unit, on the inside looks just like the pics in the listing. It's a little on the smaller side, but very adequate. The place was clean and had easy access to restaurants, bars, metro and historical sites. Communication could have been better with the owner and a separate management company.

Great 1st Visit Location

For our first visit to Madrid, this location was perfect. We were in arms reach of all the tourist attractions, but also on a very quiet street and quiet building. Fully remodeled and modern! Great amenities - although we weren't home enough to enjoy all of them. The apartment was extremely comfortable. Love the security features. Everything is close by - grocery, train, gelato, shopping, and anything else you might need. I usually do Pro's/Con's reviews, but struggled to find any con's - oh, the TV kept defaulting to Turkish the three times we turned it on!! Reservations and check-in were super simple as well. This would be my first consideration for our return trip.
