Another good stay

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have pretty much everything you need. The location is very good. I will continue to stay here.

NH Collection Gran Via 21

Amazing service!! Maria at guest relations is the best example of great service that I have seen in a long time. All of the staff was excellent. Accomodations are right in the heart of the city convenient for transportation and for sightseeing. This is my second time staying at this hotel and they do not disappoint. Highly recommend the hotel and I commend the staff on the service they provide. Thank you to Maria and all of the staff at the hotel who made our vacation amazing!
