The staff provided me with wrong information, and then another staff member treated me poorly for asking about what was originally offered to me. I asked upon arrival if I could leave my bags after checkout because I was traveling to another city and could not take all my luggage. I was told yes, no problem. Then today at checkout I brought my bags and they told me (Very rudely) absolutely not, we used to do it but not anymore due to security reasons. And I understand that, but why didn’t they give me the right info when I asked, and are now treating me poorly the day of checkout at 3am? Horrible experience

The hotel is good and standard US 4 stars. It's not in the center and you need a taxi to city center. Not much to see in the area and no view from my half window... Other than that it was great.

The hotel was fine. Two quibbles- The room was cold and the heat didn't come on the day we were there. Called the front desk and they said it takes 10-20 minutes to come on, which makes no sense given any type of HVAC system they could have that I know of. Second, the lighting in the bar area was much too bright for comfort.

I liked the hotel, have to say that for me it was far from all the main attractions. Parque del Retiro is fairly closed , other than that is not convenient located . One thing I have to say is that food was amazing! From the staff at the bar/restaurant to the taste it was very good. We loved the food at the restaurant. That was our highlight of the hotel , other than that super busy all the time. Lots of people coming in and out .
