Upscale condo on the 42nd Floor. Astonishing view, tasteful décor, penthouse style. This is the condo you're looking for. Ideally suited for families, business executives, and leisure seekers alike. Walk to Brickell City Centre (Mall) with upscale shops and restaurants. Publix Supermarket is 2 blocks away where you can get groceries. 10 minute Uber ride to Wynwood, South Beach and Design District. Featuring a pool, gym, and a game room.

This is your spot. Welcome to Miami!

Everything in the apartment is for guest use. Washer and dryer included, balcony access, kitchen has basic utensils to cook and store food! This is all accompanied by a great set of amenities: Garage parking, Valet service, two pools, jacuzzi, fully equipped gym and lounge room. Free wifi, cable, linens and houseware, only bring your suitcase and be my guest.


Registration:

Please send us a copy of your ID and your email as soon as you reserve, so that we can register you with the building for access to all the amenities.

Parking:

One spot is included for free. Please see the front desk to request a parking pass. Additional parking is available with the valet service at the main entrance.

Keys:

You will find your copy of the condo keys in our keycafe box that is located in the lobby outside of the ECR Office (104B) behind the security desk in the small hallway

To access the key cafe, you will either receive a message after booking or text or email with instructions/code from keycafe.

Please lock the doors and return the keys to the key cafe upon checkout.

Beautiful place. My family and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway to kick off Christmas vacation. Very cozy, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking and relaxing. There is plenty to do in the area all within walking distance. Tyler is an exceptional host and is very prompt with communication. He makes sure you have everything you need. The pictures do not justify the views. It’s one unit away from being at the very front of the building and the views are spectacular! You have both ocean and city views. The owner is easily reachable and if you need anything he’s there for you. This place is close to everything you need in the Brickell area. We’ll be staying again in the future!

Everything about this place was perfect! Walking distance to many places and Tyler was always very responsive. I would say the only downfall would be the pool closing at 8. It has a beautiful view of the city and it would heavenly if the Pool was to remain open to enjoy that view.

The unit was exactly what we were expecting. We had a slight snafu at check in (after midnight) which was quickly remedied in the morning. The unit was clean and the beds were comfy. The elevator was pretty quick for being on the 42nd floor. Cute, trendy neighborhood with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to MetroMover public transit.
