The house is fully equipped with all the basic needs for your stay. There is no thru traffic in this serene neighborhood making it safe for kids and tranquility. Let your vacation begin!
The space
+The Gated Pool Oasis. Customed built (heated) pool that’s inclusive of a 7x45 ft legal lap lane, spa with plenty of jets and LED Color changing lights to set the ambiance for the evening. Pool Towels provided.

+The Zen. Enjoy a Screened-in patio with a professional size ping-pong table, full-rack power cage for fitness enthusiasts with plenty of room for yoga or to relax outdoors while being protected from the natural elements.

+The Backyard. Fully gated and fenced in yard. Made up of non-slip granite infused artistic pavers and artificial grass that consists of a private courtyard for entertaining, lounging or relaxing.

+Bedrooms. Split floor plan that consists of 3 spacious bedrooms (sleeps up to 10) and 2 fully tiled bathrooms. Trane A/C units (dual zone) that cool or heat the main house and has a separate system for the Master Ensuite.
-Large en suite. 2 Queen Beds w/ smart TV. Custom European Bathroom with shower and separate tub. 2 custom walk-in closets with hangers.
-Bedroom 2. 2 Full Beds w/ smart TV. Custom closet with hangers.
-Bedroom 3. 2 twin-sized beds. Custom closet with hangers.

+Kitchen (Chef’s Dream). Table for 4. Nespresso Vertuo machine. Commercial grade Thermador Stove top, Kitchen Aid Microwave/Oven Combo, Large Refrigerator, mini-fridge for water and/or adult beverages, plenty of cabinetry for storage. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, cutlery, mugs, martini glasses for 10.

+Dining/Sunroom. Comfortable table and chairs for 6.

+Parking. Room for 6 cars. Equipped with a Tesla Charging Station. RV or Medium Sized Boat parking- no problem, there’s space in the front yard.

+Laundry Room. Large capacity washing machine and dryer.

+Security. State of the art secure entrance. Impact resistant windows and doors throughout the house. Exterior cameras.

+Proximity. Short Distance to Grocery Store, Fine Dining, The Underline, Key Biscayne and Beaches, Alice Wainwright Park, Brickell City Centre, Crandon Park (and Beaches), Bill Baggs State Park, the Miami Sea Aquarium, Marine Stadium, Coconut Grove, Bayside and Downtown Miami, Coral Gables-less than 10-minutes. Miami Beach, Miami International Airport, Port of Miami, Kaseya Center, Marlins Stadium (approximately 10-15 minutes away).

Other things to note
Guests are responsible for all incidents and the owners are not liable for any injuries/damages at the property. The pool is serviced every Saturday morning. The technician will let himself in through the side gate.

-Property is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each check-in.
-Swimming Pool is generally warm. Heating will be a $100/visit, upon request
-Pack & Play available upon request, no additional charge.
-No Pets, unless special circumstances exist and discussed with owner prior to booking.
-Concierge, chef, private car upon request at additional outside charges.
