I always stay at this hotel when I have to be in Miami. It’s very safe, staff is lovely and parking so easy. They are renovating building, so if you don’t mind some temporary construction, it’s great. It will be even nicer when completed.

This is our third time at this hotel because it has a great location. The two previous stays were very good overall. This time, however, was not the case. The hotel is under renovation, and Expedia doesn't inform you. The parking lot is under renovation, and you have to park one block from the hotel. The worst part is that they charge $22 for parking, even though it's not on the property. Hilton no longer has the kindness of saying they're sorry and letting you park for free because of the inconvenience.

The parking is terrible, only about a dozen underground parking, the top was closed. Put the no bother sign at door, maids came in anyways move all around, did not respect my wishes for privacy
