Welcome to Kassa Blanca on the private side of Lake Anna! You and your guests will make a lifetime's worth of memories at this beautiful waterfront home. Enjoy the 250 feet of waterfront, large dock and boathouse, fire pit, outdoor shower, Trex deck and stone patio, all just steps to the water. Take the kayaks or stand up paddle boards out and cruise around the lake, fish off the dock, play games on the gently sloping lawn, have breakfast in the garden or enjoy happy hour on the screened-in porch. There is also a hot tub where you can take in the amazing view while letting all your cares slip away!

When you are inside this immaculate home, you will enjoy the quartz counter tops and spotless appliances in the newly updated kitchen, renovated bathrooms, three 50-inch+ smart TV's, luxury master bath and tasteful decor with over 3000 sq feet of living space! **recent updates: new floors installed throughout the upper level, new upstairs guest bath vanity and new outdoor shower. The house has everything you could need for a perfect family getaway! The fees include full linen service, towels, trash removal, and maid service. We have thought of every detail so all you have to worry about is enjoying all the lake has to offer.

Great place for multigenerational family stay. Little beach was perfect for the five and unders while the older kids loved all the water toys. Be sure to bring sand toys and other toys for younger kids to make it the completely perfect stay.

First place we stayed on the lake that gave us access to the dock and boat lift and paddle boards in the garage! As described but so much more! Highly recommend staying here!

This is now our second stay. We absolutely love it here! This side of the lake has alot less boat traffic so bring a boat if you have one!

Very clean, house was exactly as pictured on VRBO, beds were comfortable (pillows, not so much), everything you need to enjoy the lake (rented a boat on the public side), relaxing. One of the best features were the 4 dogs across the cove who very much enjoyed frolicking in the water!

Beautiful retreat!

This was our third year here and it didn’t disappoint! We especially love the many gathering spaces, indoors & out, the large dock with water “toys” and the lovely landscaping. Serene yet convenient to a grocery store, restaurants, and breweries. Perfect!

Great Family Vacation

We had 5 adults and 4 children ranging from 18 months to 11 years old. There was plenty of space that we didn't feel on top of each other but small enough that we still felt like we were on a family vacation. There was plenty to do for all ages and it was very relaxing. Highly recommend this place for a family vacation!

Another fabulous week spent here with family! The owners are incredibly responsive, and the lake "toys" are what makes this place so extra, extra special. Am so sad our vacation is over - it goes by too fast!
