Room was well used and the size of the bathroom was really disappointing. We had to step behind the toilet to open the door. I just feel.like with a king suite the bathroom should match the suite feel and it didn't.

The heat in the room NEVER shut off, it was probably at least 90 degrees in the room; the only way it would stop heating is if we turned the unit completely off; which finally at 4:00 am we just shut the whole thing off; none of us slept a bit! I was told the room slept 4, that is untrue unless there was 4 children under 5years old that rented the room, but that wasn’t the case; sleeping accommodations for 2 adult parents and our two children ages 17 and 19 we awful small and not comfortable. The floors in the lobby and especially in both elevators were noticeably dirty. When we checked in they told us the pool was open until 11pm that night due to them draining the entire thing and doing maintenance the following day. I asked if it was safe for my kids to swim in the water, they said yes it was, but I was very skeptical. The pool area is so small, the pictures online make it seem way better than what it was, we were the only ones in the pool; I’m just praying that nobody comes down with a rash; it wasn’t real clean in the pool area, and it was so very cold in that room. I had better expectations for a Hyatt hotel.

I was double charged for my room. I paid for it when I booked through Hotels.com, and apparently the front desk staff charged me again using the card I had given for incidentals. I’m very disappointed as this is my preferred place to stay.
