Our first time here was an excellent experience. Quick and easy check-in with helpful tips for stay. Room are very clean, spacious, recently renovated, and furnished nicely. Quiet location with nearby restaurants a few minutes drive. Excellent proximity to Fairgrounds via a shuttle at neighboring college within walking distance.

I enjoyed my overall stay here! The rooms and restrooms were clean, and they provided us with extra amenities quickly whenever we needed them. I was a little sad when the TV didn't have Netflix, but "Friends" was playing, so I didn't mind too much. Our restroom door was hard to close/open sometimes (room 207). They do have a sitting area where you can eat and talk. The laundry and ice machine room is unlocked when you have your room key, which keeps other people away. The beach is about a 13-minute walk, which is very convenient. The shops and aquarium are less than 10 10-minute drive.
