Amazing! Everything that we wanted to do was literally within a 10 minute drive which is unreal! The beds were soft and comfortable. Literally no complaints.

Great stay with poor check-in experience

We were clear about a room request in writing weeks before arrival. We arrived to find that the staff didn't do what they said they would. We were told the only available room was the worst one in the hotel. The front desk put a manager on named Ronald who rudely and pushily told me to "take it or leave it" and they'd refund us if we left. No apology, no empathy. No interest in trying to positively work things out. After a few minutes another room became available which worked well enough. On checkout, Ronald attempted to apologize. Considering how rude he was to us, it was a little too little too late. That said, this is a nice property and we'd return again, crossing fingers that they don't mess up our reservation request.

When arriving to a local hotel I was planning to stay a night, pulling up to it definitely wasn’t ideal. I immediately looked for something else and found this place. Not only was it beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly and checking in was a breeze. Although it is near the freeway, you couldn’t hear a sound. The room was the peace and quiet I needed after a long drive. Even the cleaning staff as I left my room were incredibly polite.

Grounds were nice, staff was nice, room was nice, BUT bed was very uncomfortable - after initially sinking in a soft 2 inches or so the bed was like a concrete slab. Also there is no elevator to the second floor rooms but staff will carry your luggage up. This is the second time we have stayed there because it is so close to where our daughter lives.
