Best hotel
It was such a beautiful hotel. It didn’t even seem like it was in the airport. The service was beyond amazing. Their spa services were also amazing. I felt so relaxed after my massage. The food was also amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided. I would definitely rebook there if I’m back in the country.

Location was not as mentioned online . Parking is not available you have to litteraly walk with your luggage from and to the terminals . It is not inside the terminal 2 . Even you are inside the airport you will litteraly have to walk out side first checking inn and than again take entire luggage out and go the the airport only by walking. Even though I have the rooms in vip building I was not allowed to bring my taxi or my vehicle to the building area . I have to park the vehicle in p5 area which is almost. 1/2 mile away from the terminal and I have to find 6 trolly first and load all luggage and walk to the hotel lobby for 1/2 mile . They charged more than jw marriott . Breakfast is horrible compare to price you pay . I have to walk to jw marriott for getting better breakfast . They don’t even have luggage storage so I have to pay extra for 1 day charge to store 3 more hours to store the luggage. Also there was only 1 bellboy and he cannot help to take my 6 people luggage of 12 bags total. I have to hire the porter’s to carrry luggage and that is 5000 extra . This is stealing money and mr. Reddy who is the owner or the property needs serious attention . Elevators will only work upside down if another elevator will come down . This complicated to work . Security is unnecessary strict and gives hard time to check the passport and passes . Some time in night they will not let your guest go in if you forget your pass in the room. This waste of time . Water heater bad.

The convenience in transit was amazing. The staff were friendly. Particularly noteworthy was the efficiency and professionalism of the Guest Services staff Mr Sunil Lohart.

The room was like a prison cell. No windows, no tv, intermittent hot water, hard to get into. What a mistake booking this hotel.

Worth the overnight stay in order to take a flght
Very practical if you need to travel to another destination next day esrly in the morning, which I had to do. So was very pleased to be in that transit hotel at the airport itself.

Convenient but not so great
The room had no windows so felt like a prison Also I have been trying to get a Refund on a direct online booking the reservations and finance team have been very unhelpful and unresponsive. They never pick up their phones either. I have now taken the card of the manager to see what he will do.

Overall room cleanness need to be improved,Always had a wired smell throughout my stay. Very bad sound proofing between the rooms . Water and flush noise always heard while in use from adjacent rooms during my stay spoiling my sleep
