Book Trump International rooms in Murray Hill

"I stay here a lot because of proximity to Penn Station and generally good prices. On this stay the prices jumped up 3x mid stay. The property itself, while having a classic grand and very buzzy/crowded lobby, has a rundown feel in the room area. The hall carpets are worn and taped, the rooms cramped and old-feeling. No room fridge or coffee maker, tiny closet and substandard plumbing that's noisy at night and with very erratic water temperature. In a neighborhood that's both mobbed with tourists and full of aggressive homeless."

"We were very disappointed in our experience, and the unpleasant staff. When I checked out I told the desk clerk that I was unhappy with my stay, and he just looked at me and handed me my receipt. Will be leaving a review on yelp."

"Staff wasn’t too helpful or very nice. Good location. Clean and comfortable room. They charged us a destination fee. We were supposed to get 17.50 in credit per day for food in their restaurant . Breakfast was 45.00 each. So, we chose a couple coffees and went on our way. They didn’t charge the room for the coffee, so we couldn’t use the credit, so ended up paying 17.50 for two coffees. Quite the racket. Don’t think we will stay there again."
