Location is very close to many attractions and great local restaurants! I highly recommend staying in this condo, smooth easy process to check in and check out. Condo is well kept and maintained. Great Condo for Family Getaway

Wonderfully clean and spacious. The property manager was prompt with replies and so helpful. The condo was beautiful and so comfy for our family. The view is amazing and the things for children to do on property can’t be beat. My Grandbaby didn’t want to go to the beach until the last day because she was having so much fun at the resort.

Perfect location

Condo was as described. Prefect location especially with teenagers. Able to walk to restaurants and entertainment. Only draw back was the doors in the master suite and master bath would not close and lock and if you close the bedroom doors the a/c doesn’t circulate and the rooms get hot. But overall a great place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was exactly as described. Very well decorated and clean. Only issues were minor: NO garbage disposal in the sink, Master bedroom TV did not work, Master bed was a little uncomfortable after a week (too stiff, I think).Again, these issues were very minor, and I would definitely recommend this unit.

Amazing view!

This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach. This property was centrally located to shopping, dining and entertainment. The view was amazing & the sound of the waves was an added bonus at night. My only recommendation for guests who are staying for more than a few days is to be sure to bring additional paper products, condiments and your containers if you plan to do your own cooking. Otherwise the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils.

Great for kids and family.

Excellent property for children and families. More pools and water activities than I’ve ever seen at other condos. We had to drag the grandkids kicking and screaming inside for meals. Interior of condo was perfect. Only issue we had was for some reason the property turns the fridge off and it took a day to cool bag down which caused warm drinks and milk. All together we would satay again.

Wonderful beachfront condo

We had the best time in Myrtle Beach. The condo was clean and as shown on the pictures. check in process was painless and communication with the host was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch. We went out for dinners. The views of the beach and the ocean from our balcony were incredible. Our 3 year old daughter loved the kids area and we all enjoyed the pools and lazy rivers. There are some restaurants close to the resort and an ice cream place across the street that we visited quite frequently:)We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone especially if you are coming with the little ones. 10 out of 10.

This was a cool place. I had a hiccup on first arriving. I was supposed to receive an email with check in instructions that I never got. I confused the staff downstairs but the manager was on top of his game and new exactly who to call. I had the email with door code about 30 sec later. After that, pretty smooth sailing from there. There was a big bike rally going on so it made it hard to relax, but the place was nice.

Beautiful condo!

I was hesitant to book because there were no reviews but I'm glad we did! The condo was beautiful. Just like the pictures show. It was clean and just what we needed. Very spacious and worth the stay. The balcony was so nice. My only problem was the master bedroom didn't get as cool as the rest of the condo. We had our kids sleeping in the guest bedroom and it was icy in their room but the master wasnt cooling as well. Other than that we had no issues at all. The pool areas were very busy but everything was clean and everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and polite. The beach access was very nice. Be aware you aren't very close to the downtown areas so you will have to drive and park. I also really enjoyed the starbucks and ice cream right across the street. Parking garage was easily accessed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Truly lovely condo in a not-great building

The condo was just as described. The furnishings are high quality and the linens and towels were great. It was very clean (although the smell of the floor cleaner hung out with us all week). The kitchen is not for serious cooking; the cookware is modest and the heat setting numbers have worn off the stove. But who wants to do serious cooking on vacation? Communications with the management company we’re super smooth, and they were very responsive and helpful when we called about the washing machine. The building the condo is in is below the standard of the condo itself. The fitness room was dirty and smelly, and the cardio machines had actual rust on them. There is little to no soundproofing to the sides, top, or bottom so you will know what your neighbors are up to. There were no carts available to facilitate move-in or grocery hauling, and on Saturday there was a somewhat long line to use the elevators. That said, the beach here is wonderful and there is so much to do! We had a great vacation.

First Time in Myrtle Beach

The view was incredible! We loved having the ocean right outside our windows. We arrived around midnight, got all the way up to the 19th floor and the code they had given us was wrong…right numbers, just in the wrong order. We headed down to the front desk hoping someone could help us, but they could not. So we headed back up to try again. After another failed attempt, I called the number we were given. The first time we called, it rang twice and went blank. The second time, someone answered right away. We did get in that night but were tired and cranky by then. The next morning we were able to see the view and were rested. The rest of the trip went smooth. We enjoyed walking on the beach and walked all the way down to the boardwalk. Loved having Starbucks across the street! The condo was clean and had what we needed. It seemed that some of the remodel was not quite complete yet but was fine for our stay. There were three of us and it had plenty of space for us. We did wish there were screens on the sliding glass doors so we could leave them open at night to hear the waves. Overall, a good stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was great, little wear but expected! Ocean view was to die for and the unit was clean upon arrival. There was enough cooking cooking supplies, dishes and we loved the stater home pack! Having the bedding was also a bonus.The fridge was super spacious and fit all our needs.! Dishwasher, laundry unit and microwave could be updated, but they are functional.Resort hallway smelt a little musty but the unit was fresh and smelt clean! The resort imentities for pools and beach were great! My son enjoyed the slide and lived in the ocean.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Caribbean before with mixed results, but decided to give it a try again. The location is the most appealing, being so close to many things. The room was adequate for us. When we checked in, we discovered the refrigerator was not working and we lost the food we had purchased workout offer of compensation. The repair person came the next day. Had a good experience with communication with the rental company. Overall, the property is fine, not great... but a great location.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 1904 for three weeks. Overall, our stay was most enjoyable: Great views, a lovely, clean condo and convenient to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Our major disappointment was the lack of a pantry area where we could store food staples. Also, we could never find a light switch for the second bedroom, which was very dark. We purchased several items that we needed: an extra lamp, a laundry basket, a butter dish and food storage containers. Also, the door to the utility closet was broken and the lighting was poor, which made it hard to do laundry. And we could not figure out how to clean the oven -- there was no lock on the door to activate the self-cleaning feature. But these are small challenges compared to the very nice stay we had!

Great location! So much to do close by!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay! Amazing view of the sunrise, and shade on the balcony in the afternoon. I was afraid it was going to be long elevator wait to the 19th floor every time but there are 5 elevators and they are fast so practically no wait. Plenty of food options within few minutes of the resort. The best part was the water park so when the kids were done with the beach, they continued to play in the lazy river or sit in one of the hot tubs.
