The condo was clean and the host was very timely in her replies. Parking was secure and shops along with mini golf was close by. Beaches were clean and not crowded.

Our apartment was clean and well maintained. Our host was truly responsive and available. Will highly recommend this place. This place is very centrally located, close to the airport shopping and family activities. Great place to stay!

Unit itself is nice and mostly true to description. NOT top floor as described.The issue we had was check-in. Paid extra for an early check-in and was sent the code at the agreed upon time. When we entered the unit it was trashed. Apparently there was miscommunication between the management company and the cleaning team. When I tried to contact the management company, all I received was a text that they were working on it. No one would pick up the phone and talk to me. That seemed very unprofessional. I never did get an explanation as to what happened. Only that I would (obviously) receive a refund for my early check-in fee. Still waiting on that.Property and unit were fine once we were in. But getting there was the challenge.

Clean, very nice family Condo

We had a wonderful time! Our unit was beautiful, clean and spacious! Great view from 15th floor. Quick Elevators. Pools on property were good. Condo bedrooms and all 3 bathrooms clean with good amount of space. Would recommend for family vacation.

nice place but they skimp on the essentials.

The unit itself and the location was nice, but for the high price you pay you expect the basics. No paper towels, no tissues, no complementary detergent or dishwasher pods. Remote was dead so we had to buy batteries. NO SECURE INTERNET. They only had public wifi for the entire 20 story complex! It's a privately owned unit, it should have its own wifi. My husband had to go to a friend's condo as he could not send legal documents over a public wifi. Highly disappointed that we had to run out to get simple essential items that every other property we've stayed at has provided. Pack your patience for check in. Complete chaos! When they tell you check in is at 4, they mean it. You literally get your code at 4:01. No getting in early without being charged. At 4pm everyone and their brother is trying to check in! What should have taken us 5 minutes took us 45! The loading zone was a hot mess. Getting into and out of a parking space was a nightmare. Cars would block people in, and cars didn't have enough room to back out. No rolling carts to be found because so many people were hoarding them. Took us 10 minutes to get into an elevator. I've never heard so many angry people in the elevator complaining about the ridiculous check in chaos. Overall we had a nice stay after we chilled out from the chaos. Our unit was pretty quiet and had a nice view. There were a lot of nice restaurants close by and it was easy drive to Cal Ripken fields.
