Ocean view studio on the 17th floor of the Royale Palms, connected to Hilton. This unit has been renovated with new walk in shower, new flooring, new beds, new TV, and freshly painted. It has beautiful Atlantic Ocean and resort views at your footsteps. Furnished a king size bed and Work Space with desk and chair, that is a coffee maker, coffee, sugar and cream, microwave and small fridge. Walk to the sand just over the boardwalk to enjoy the coastal lifestyle that Atlantic Ocean has to offer.

Hilton / Embassy pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (They do not sell pool passes)

Very Clean

Great unit for a weekend! Very neat and clean. Good communication with the lease agent(s). Senior Citizens renting this unit should look at the pictures and realize there’s no handicap bars in the bathroom, but this isn’t an issue for younger tenants.

Wonderful stay

Property was very clean and well maintained. We had an updated/remodeled room. Check in is easy no need to go through hotel front desk. Elevators can get crowded but easy to deal with. The royal palms only has 1 small pool. It is quiet, nice for small children. If you are going to be on the beach it is easy to access from the deck and a beach side bar "Wet your Whistle" has a good selection of food to keep you from having to leave the property. Overall my wife and I loved our stay and will be returning again.

Amazing Room

This was a great property, in a great location. The room looked exactly as it appeared online. We needed to extend our stay and Navin & Chanda we’re very helpful and gladly extended our trip for us. When we come to Myrtle Beach again we will definitely rent from them again!

Wonderful experience!

This condo is clean and perfectly located. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The unit was missing a few minor things (forks and coffee creamer) but the owner was very responsive and offered to correct it the same day. We will definitely stay here again if we come back for a visit!

Excellent Property on Myrtle Beach

This was a great unit. It was clean and nice. The only issue I had was that the TV was too complicated but if you call them they will send someone up to help you with 20 minutes. There is also an issue with the carts to unload and load the luggage but this issue is not a reflection on the unit itself. I would stay here again and I highly recommend.

Convenient Location

My husband had a conference at the nearby embassy suites, so I found this condo was available as well as another one owned by the same owners that I sent to his co worker to book so that worked out great. The location was great right at the south end of North Myrtle away from the craze of Myrtle but still close to shopping and restaurants. The beach was a short walk and this condo has a boardwalk system that connects all the hotels and condos. The beach was not terribly crowded but also not empty, I have seen worse and seen better, the beach was very clean and maintianed as was the pool area. The room was similar to a hotel space, Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious, the mini fridge was nice to have. We had a great view from the balcony and check in was a breeze. I would definitely stay with them again maybe just in a slightly larger unit because we just like a little more space

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean and in a convenient location. We were there for a baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience and it was perfect for us. The owners were kind and responsive.
