ABSOLUTELY LOVELY! Beautiful condo with fantastic ocean views and lots of natural light. Look no more!

This spacious condo offers ocean views from both living room, private balcony and bedroom! Located on the 11th floor.
Cozy kitchen with a large counter top, spacious living room and a nice balcony for you to relax. Have your tea or coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, while you take in the beautiful ocean view, as the dolphins and birds go by. This lovely condo is perfect for a very pleasurable vacation. The resort has many amenities right on the beach including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna and a gym. There is a coin operated laundry room in the buillding. Close to shopping, attractions, golf and restaurants.

Life is better by the beach!

My stay here was incredible! The hosts were so welcoming and even left me a little welcome gift! I stayed here for close to 3 months and they went above and beyond to help me with any and all questions I had concerning both the area and the property itself! They were so quick to resolve any issues that came up. 10/10 I would definitely look to stay at the property again! The view of the ocean from the balcony doesnt hurt either!

Very nice place to stay. I am planning another stay. Nice and comfortable. Smelled really good. I was missing a parking pass and Jefferys wife brought me one the next morning. Very nice couple. I loved every moment and enjoyed our weekend.

Room was perfect for our trip. A few repairs could be done. Other than that, Jeff was very accommodating. We were able to check in early. The view was beautiful, and the access to the beach was easy. I will definitely come back and bring my littles with me.

Great location with security guard on site so felt extra secure traveling with the teens. Owner was very accommodating as we arrived at 3am. Extra towels where deliver d the next day. We got a nice welcoming treat (wine and chocolate).

The property is in a great location, with easy parking in the building. Shelley, Jeff, and Myla gave great instructions that made the check in process very easy. We did have an issue in which the building manager accidentally locked the deadbolt, which prevented us from getting back in. I called Jeff to let them know and they immediately responded by not only contacting the building manager to come back up to unlock it, but to also come out on their own to make sure everything was resolved, even after I let them know we had gotten back in. Their quick response was greatly appreciated. Thank you again for a great stay!

I stayed for 15 days. I loved it. The location was great, the room was cute, and the beach beautiful. Jeff and Shelley were super helpful and a big reason why the beginning of my stay went so smooth. The TVs aren't smart tvs so you won't be able to access all tv streaming services, but Netflix is available using the dvd player and channel 2001 on the cable guide. There is also a channel with free streaming movies. The location is so convenient. It was a 10 lyft to the airport. It is also close to Market Commons, which is great for shopping and eating. Hands down my one of the best experiences. Thanks Jeff and Shelley

8 nights on the beach

The unit was clean. The bed was comfortable. shower was awesome. The unit was clean, but dated. The table to eat at was not the one in the photos, it has high seating chairs. Jeff was great, had a coupe issues, he took care of promptly. Sadly, sun tents are not allowed on the beach. Found this out after setting it up!

Great condo for a long beach weekend!

Access to condo was very easy. Resort is older, but clean and safe. Staff were always cleaning the common areas. Pool area was clean. The beach was easily accessible and absolutely beautiful! Elevators were fast. AC unit works great and comfy bed.

Property needs lots of updates. Towels are thin rough and bleach stained. I bought my own. The furniture is old and broken. The bedroom is very small. The smell of weed from the elevator to the room was very strong. We also had roaches in the bathroom.

Super cute condo. Older, but everything worked well. View of the ocean from the balcony. Easy access to the beach, parking quick & easy. Multiple hot tubs, pools and never had trouble finding a chair on the deck. Communication was quick and simple.

Smelly with Mold but overall clean.

As we walked in there was a dirty smell. Couldn't pinpoint source. Best way to describe it is dirty laundry. Upon closer inspection i noticed black mold along the ceiling where the wall meets the ceiling in several spots. There was also some around the top of the shower. I notified the host and they informed me they were dealing with the actual hotel with leaking issues. Overall the room was nice and clean. I love that they had a fan stored away in the closet since we forgot ours. Elevators were super fast and the parking garage is conveniently attached to the hotel.

Disappointed

Upon opening the door, we were hit with a musty smell; Couch was very stained and the decorative pillows on the couch were so old they were flat. Very outdated hotel to say the least. 2 towels and 2 washcloths in the bathroom had been washed and dried out so much they were very worn out and thin. I refused to use them. 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4-night stay, with 3 guest and the room was advertised as sleeping four guests, but only 3 pillows open bars of soap under the sink which I refused to use, tub very slick and outdated. Very few receptacles. Only 1 chair in living room which was leaning to one side. I had to go to Walmart and buy several towels and washcloths and a pack of Toilet Paper, soap and a pillow. Very few dishes to use this not a good stay although the positive side is the room was ocean front with a nice view. And Secuity guards on duty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Regarding VRBO itself, when I booked the room, it seems I was forced to buy insurance as i could not get past the insurance screen until I clicked yes, and just before I clicked the book button, I was told "you will not be charged now" which was good as I didnt have alot of extra money in my checking account, but as soon as I clicked the book button, the entire amount came out of my account.
