This hotel doesnt fit the look of the town, but its in the perfect spot right next to the water. Easy to walk to everything. Homeless people seem to be hiding out of view and nor bothering anyone. Plenty of little shops although a third look permanently closed. Most things close early as there is not much night life. Perfect for some peace amd quiet.

Very comfortable room. Large, well-furnished. Staff was great. Plenty of parking across the street. Easy walk to the wharf area and eating options (though the bistro downstairs is pretty good too). Casino right next door if that's your thing. If we were to return to Nanaimo, we'd stay there again for sure.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well organized. The room was spacious, and the bed in particular was very comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants, morning coffee and shopping very easily. Very enjoyable stay!

Location and security was uncceptable. Did not check in. Was totally dissatisfied. Hotel would not do anything. Left property. Called Hotels.com they were of no assistance. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY! LOST MY MO EY WITH NO ASSISTANCE!

We had a great stay at this new hotel, the indoor pool is nice and it’s in such a central area. Definitely will stay again! The only minor downside is there isn’t much of a view for the rooms facing the water as the building isn’t that tall and trees obstruct it.
