We came for a long stay to vacation and visit with family that live near by. The house was exactly as listed. Everything was perfect. Early on in our stay, the ring door bell needed new batteries,but the host was an excellent communicator and resolved the issue very quickly. We loved all our time in this hone and appreciated the great communication with the host.

Misleading

I was very much looking forward to this little gem. The size, layout and location were great. We did do a bit of entertaining of family and friends. I had hoped we would be returning to this property a couple of times. I am sad to have to leave a poor review. However, I have photos of the condition of the property upon arrival. My daughter came to help me clean for a full day. A couple of days later the host offered to send a cleaner over. Too late-I had to throw out leftover food items, take apart and scour the refrigerator, wipe out food particles from cabinets and pantry and scrub floors. We never used the patio as it was in bad need of power washing along with the tattered furniture. The grill is awful. I was done using my vacation time to clean. It took near 2 weeks to get the washing machine repaired. We also did not use the pool table in the garage due to clutter and stench. Then the “palmettos” 
. We had not seen these before - but we’re finding them daily. After two mentions to the host and a third asking him directly to do something he came and lightly sprayed. We found the spray and reapplied. He did say they had to have someone out to repair a pipe under the floor which is causing all of the cracking in walls, ceiling and floor. I’m sure this contributed to the entry of the bugs.

Kaliiope’s 7th Birthday

Rebecca went above and beyond and upon our arrival we were greeted with a gift from the lovely couple who own this home for my 7 year olds birthday. The detail in their home was absolutely amazing. We felt like we were in our own home. Everything we forgot was already provided. The neighborhood is great and also close by many places if you have to run to a store during your stay. My daughter was absolutely thrilled with her birthday trip! We loved every minute as adults as well. Everyone was happy to say the least. Thank you for impeccable hospitality Rebecca.

Great Place!

Our family had a great stay in New Braunfels. There was plenty of space for everyone, the house was clean, close to attractions, and stayed cool in the triple digit weather. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, we felt right at home. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit the area.

The house had plenty of room. Living room furniture made for big people!! Missed having a recliner. Tons of sheets and blankets . Owner was friendly and responded to our needs.

Perfect Getaway Home

My family of four stayed last week and we loved everything about the home. Extremely clean and comfortable. Everything was just as described with no surprises. Perfect to go and relax. Neighbor hood is very quiet. Definitely recommend this vrbo to families who want to be away from noise after all the activities New Braunfels has to offer.
