Little Haus - Charming 1895 Victorian in Downtown- WALK TO WURSTFEST

Little Haus is a cozy, adorable Victorian house with an ideal New Braunfels historic district location. It's an easy walk to the Comal River, Schlitterbahn, Landa Park, and downtown restaurants, bars, music venues, and shopping. Enjoy the relaxing, shaded outdoor spaces and charming indoor decor with central air and heat that will ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year.

The house features Victorian architectural charm such as 12-foot ceilings, gingerbread trimmed porches, stained-glass windows, a clawfoot tub, ceiling fans, and antique furnishings. Modern amenities include two Roku TV's and Wifi access and a large comfortable sectional in the living area.

The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dinnerware, utensils, stove, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator. A coffee pot and toaster are provided. The separate dining room comfortably seats 4. There is a wash haus in the back of the property with a convenient washer and dryer.

House Rules: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

1. The maximum occupancy of this residence is four (4). No sleeping outside.
2. Parking for 3 cars is provided in the driveway. Otherwise, street parking is permitted in designated locations only. No parking allowed in landscaped areas. Failure to comply with parking restrictions may result in a citation.
3. Noise: Excessive noise or other disturbance outside is prohibited between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. This includes but is not limited to porches and patios. Be courteous and respect the enjoyment of your neighbors. Disorderly conduct or noise of such character, intensity, or duration that causes distress or interferes with the comfortable enjoyment of a private home is prohibited. Violators are guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine. (Chapter 82 City Code)
4. No parties or events are allowed on the premises.
5. The residence and property are to be maintained free of litter and debris. If your stay is of sufficient length of time, the trash pickup day is by 8:00 am on Thursday of each week. Please place cart on curb and retrieve it after pickup.
6. Tenant and guests must comply with City of New Braunfels water conservation and burn ban regulations in effect during your stay.
7. No pets are allowed on the premises.
8. Smoking is not permitted. Failure to comply will result in loss of entire deposit.
9. Do not engage in any illegal activities anywhere on the property.
10. No downloading of anything illegal using the Wifi access provided.
11. Because of the fire hazard, no space heaters, candles, or incense burning are permitted.
12. Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Checkout is 11:00 am.
