Staff and rooms were great! Bathroom was a little tiny but manageable. My only disappointment was the street noise. But that isn't the hotel's fault. It's New Orleans. 😂

No drawers to unpack clothes; 3 extremely bright pool floodlights shine into room all night; rooms across pool can see right into the bathroom; safe is on floor have to get on hands and knees to use; coffee was awful; ironing board appeared rescued from trash heap; chair seat was ripped
