I feel they treat Travelocity customers as 3rd class. People who were checking in after our arrival got rooms immediately. Those arriving after us, but waiting, got a room before we did. One room didn't get fresh towels after the 2nd day ... No bananas in the breakfast area for 2 consecutive mornings. The hotel rooms were quiet ... but overall not a great experience.

First time staying at Hilton HomeSuites but have stayed at several other Hilton hotels. This one is average. Nothing special. We chose this hotel because it comes with complementary breakfast but the food wasn’t good at all. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. The staff is friendly. Pool area is not appealing and very small. No hot tub. No bar. The gym area is average. Overall it did its job but will not stay here again.

Bad communication within staff

Everything was great! Until the last night! At check in , front desk stated kids do not need wrist bands! However, Michelle at front desk tried to charge me for my kids stating everyone needed a wrist band, she would not allow me to talk to a manager or get a refund. She refused to tell me how she came up with the price of $225

This hotel is super clean. Its literally right across the street from the French Quarter. Walking distance to a lot of areas. The staff is so nice. They even held our bags on our departure day, so we could explore some more, before our flight out. We will definitely be staying here again.
