This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit's floor. Once you enter the unit you'll walk into the full kitchen which is immediately followed by the living room and patio/balcony area. The first bathroom will be to the right down the hallway followed by the first bedroom. Down the hall to the left will be the laundry room followed by the master bedroom with an attached bathroom.

You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

I worked with Carter and Vello with my communication. I was concerned with the location of the condo, but we felt save walking into the French Quarter. The property was very nice, comfortable beds, great shower, washer and dryer, and the common area was clean as well. Thank you so much for your recommendations that you made and we really liked Elizabeth's that a few minutes away. Great place to eat! Thank you so much for our short rental and we had fun.

Washer and dryer very good, whole condo was great. We went to the French Quarter by bus. Was about a 6 block walk to bus stop. Never felt like we were in danger. We were in a group of 4. Bus was accommodating. Used the Lapass app, purchased 3 day pass. Was over all a great expierence.

This is located in a great spot. Lots of good places to eat close by. A short Uber ride to the Quarter and all that area has to offer. Any issues with the property were addressed quickly. I felt secure in the space and would definitely come back.

Great spot, very convenient for Mardi Gras fun. This canal facing unit is a clean, comfortable modern and spacious 2 bedroom home with great view of St Claude bridge from patio. Our group enjoyed the secure covered parking, clean working elevators and secure well lit lobby. Inside the unit the beds and sofa were very comfortable, the rest of the furniture seemed robust and everything smelled fresh. The washer / dryer was useful and the bathrooms and closets were bigger than we expected. This place had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again.
