We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. Loved this space! Brick and beam. Old building with updated features. Loved the aesthetic. And super clean! Also, the water pressure was perfect.Amazing location. Right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. Easy walk to the trolly, the aquarium, great restaurants.We would absolutely choose to stay here again next time we're in NOLA.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the convenience of being within walking distance to the French Quarter and WW11 Museum. Parking nearby was also a major plus. Everything was clean and just right for our family of 4!

Very clean and updated property. Great communication from management. Zero complaints! Access to canal Street just a block or two away. Street car stop just minutes away. Ten minute walk to the aquarium. Fantastic stay we will definitely be back!

Great Location and Spacious

Everything about the stay was fantastic. Genesis communicated with us about everything and responded to all communication quickly. My wife and I were travelling with our 15 year old son and 18 year old daughter and the penthouse space was exactly what we were looking for so that everyone had room and not just cramped like we would be in a hotel. The location was amazing for us - right between Poydras and Canal - and easy access to trolley and bus lines if you wanted to venture out without walking. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends going to New Orleans.

This property is the perfect place to stay in new orleans. Enough said. Its still in town, but is just off to the side enough that its quiet. I cant quite express how perfect of a stay this would be for you and yours.

Location! Clean! Everything walking distance

Genesis, our host, provided an excellent experience during our stay. This loft offered great flexibility and was conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions.
