Clean, Safe, Updated, conveniently located. Overall great stay. We were in town for the LSU and Saints games and our room, after the change, was comfortable and served us well. Our fuss… the TV in our first room didn’t work and it took 3 hrs to conclude that it was best to just move us to another room. That was 3 hrs of “pregame” nap time we loss while they were in and out trying to fix the broken tv. Again, great stay and I would stay again.

This was the worst property I ever booked. The listing/pictures are very misleading. This is a MOTEL, not a hotel. I was shocked immediately as I was pulling into the parking lot. Most of the cars were damaged in the parking lot, there was no lobby…I immediately wanted to cancel but was informed I couldn't get a refund. They checked me in because I was thinking where else would I find s space to sleep tonight last minute. I was then inform to go through the gate to park (which tells you everything about the property), however when beyond the gate there was damaged cars and people loitering, and it smelled like weed. There is no elevator or hallways, the rooms are accessed via outdoor stairs and room doors from the outside - a MOTEL. I went upstairs to go to the room, however it was not ready, it was still being cleaned so I waiting in front frantically searching Expedia from something else. When the room was finally ready, I entered to a strong smell attempting to mask the weed odor. It immediately made me sick so I left the room and the property. We went to try and find other accommodations. Once we finally found something last minute it was far. We called Expedia to cancel, Expedia called the hotel manager but the hotel refused to cancel and issue a refund. Even though they knew the room was unoccupied, they never cancelled it, I got a reminder notification the next morning to checkout. Do not stay here!
