ramada New orleans is not downtown it's at the effibg Aurport 12 miles away, old smelly rooms no fridge no microwave slippery floors 2 beds no queen or king as Ordered will not use travelocity ever again Too many bad bokkkings wrong dates location pricing etc and worst location changes after confirming this hotel was the last straw!

Staff was excellent. Rooms clean. Poor set up for the beds. Mattress sitting on a base that sticks out around the bed. Hugh tripping hazard. I hit it and fell to the floor with major gash on my shin. Other people with me hit it as well. Needs to be replaced!

The door to the room was hard to close and the floors in the room were filthy. The treadmill wasn't working properly. I reported it to the staff. There were no towels or disinfectant in the workout room for guest use.
