The room was not cleaned well. There was debris in the floor, stained bedding and oddly, lots of packing tape rolled up and stuck on the ceiling. The room also had a wall of floor to ceiling windows and an exterior door that opened to a shared balcony, so you couldnt have the dirty curtains open and have any privacy.

This is the perfect hotel to tour New Orleans! The street car was right out front and easy to use. The hotel had ice and water filter was conveniently located on our floor. The staff was attentive and kind. They provided snacks, maps, sunscreen and smiles anytime we were in the lobby. The parking was in a garage located on the property and felt very safe! The room was large, clean, and had comfy beds.

The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff were amazingly friendly! The location is nice - situated close to but not in the French Quarter. The bed was very close to the air conditioner and it made it difficult to get the temperature adequately adjusted. Parking was awesome!

Hotel was in a great location, right off trolly stop. cafes and restaurants near by. Quiet area. Bluebike racks were right across St Charles, which was very convenient. Staff was super attentive and welcoming. We were able to leave our luggage until we could check in, and had early check in as well.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Great location away from chaos but close to streetcars to take you where you want to go. Staff seem a little moody and annoyed when you ask them questions. Be careful when booking if they are having a event on the property you may have to use a different entrance and loose access to their courtyard parking area, which is very inconvenient if you are checking out with a lot of luggage.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. The ambience of this hotel and its rooms is good for couples. Never considered the importance of a hotel smelling really good until I got here - there's a wonderful scent in the general spaces of this hotel. The place is quite neat and the staff are always ready to help in anyway. The room was spacious. The location of the hotel is really good. As most people have said, the coach car is just at the front of the hotel. Magazine street is close by and so also is the Garden district. There's free parking too, which was really nice.
