The smell as soon as you walk in was distinctive and location was close to the convention center and river walk. The carpet looked great along with the furniture and decor. The room was very cramped and tight and the shower losing water was not kind to our family.

Very clean, quiet and beautiful. Only “negative” was the housekeeping service consistency. We were there 5 nights and room was only cleaned the first night, then I had to find housekeeper on 4th day and ask her to please come clean. Waitstaff in all dining/bar facilities were exceptional. The darn espresso machine broke the morning we arrived so sadly, we never got to truly experience the cute coffee shop. A beautiful hotel.

My nephew and I were in NOLA to visit the WW11 museum. It was so convenient to stay across the street in a lovely hotel that carried this theme in decor. The room we stayed in worked out perfectly for us with the hide a bed in the living room area. We were very comfortable and the room was immaculate. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food was delicious. We had two dinners in the rooftop Rosie’s which were also good. It would have been nice to see more variety on the upstairs menu in the way of non traditional LA fare. The restaurant downstairs offered gluten free bread but that wasn’t an option upstairs. Very polite service everywhere. Highly recommend.
