The front desk person named Cristian is the worst front desk I’ve ever encountered in my life!!! He is not accommodating, he was distracting to help others, he was talking to me in a superior tone and said no to all my request （which I was just requesting my 2 rooms to be on same side of the hotel) and he instead kept saying that I am very aggressive multiple times. He raised his eyebrow when I wanted to have daily room service. He even threatened me to cancel my stay and called police!!! He really ruined my family vacation mood!!! I asked Cristian: Are you repenting holiday inn? Is holiday inn treat customer that way? He said: yes, I represent holiday inn since I am the one one here! The second day, Cristian didn’t put in room service to one of the room as we requested and he acknowledged when we checked in. So no room service! Cristian is the worse front desk associate I’ve ever encountered. He threatened me multiple times to call the police and cancel my stay. He was arrogant and ignorant to my question seven to just test the sink! I will avoid staying in this place at all for such bad experience!!!

The staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast station is small but well maintained in the mornings. We always enjoy our stays here! The only gripe is that theres two elevators however only 1 works.
