Warning-There is absolutely NO mention what-so-ever of additional $150 room deposit anywhere on Expedia website!!! Accused of potentially “destroying” room for room deposit to be necessary! Don’t they have liability and property and casually insurance as required by law for that???!!! Very offensive and predatory practice! Cash not accepted only credit card for deposit! Extremely inconvenient and discriminatory in nature! Cheap mattress kept sliding around on bed frame from simply sitting up with my back supported by the headboard! Very uncomfortable! Very noisy, malfunctioning bathroom fan gave me an actual headache! Shower head very cheap with weak water pressure! Overpriced rooms with almost no amenities! I won’t ever be back! Thank you.

Room was basic and clean and had what i needed to stay. Bed and towels and bathroom were fine. Internet worked. Curtains were old but functional. Staff was very helpful, efficient and pleasant. I would stay again. Good value for the money paid.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, the biggest issue here is how thin the windows are making the subway/train tracks very noisy all night long, how thin the walls are so you can hear everyone next door and the bedding. My bed was made with three small square pillows, no comforter at all, just two sheets and a paper thin blanket in between them.
