Just a pleasant hotel with kind staff. Clean, quiet, and just where I needed it. A couple things to make it even better: Translucent coating on the first floor room windows up to above street eye level, and a translucent curtain, would allow guests to bring more light in--the opaque drapes make the room a little dark during the day. Non-slip surfaces on the floor of the shower would make it safer.

We were pleasantly surprised with the experience we had at the Feather Factory. In a safe location with plenty of free street parking around the corner. The room was clean and I appreciated the free coffee in the lobby. The people at the front desk were very friendly. We were barely at the hotel but it served its purpose and was a great value relative to nearby hotel options.
