I was not happy with my room , only with the balcony because of the beautiful view. The room was not cleaned good at all. The phone had dust on it , the floor was not cleaned (had dust and other things on it ). The tv needed to be updated, the software was old. The bed was okay, the sheet had to get replaced because they had blood on it. Bathroom looks beautiful but needs to get renovated. I usually don’t complain but when you spend $500 on a room , you would expect the best. Felt like I just paid for an balcony. Very disappointed.

We stayed in a "Superior" Room and it was nice, the usual amenities. I wouldn't say it was Superior except for the fact that it had a balcony. But the balcony was facing a noisy/ugly highway bridge. There should be an option to choose the type of balcony view to make sure people understand what they are paying for and what they are not. Other than that, no complaints, very good experience with the hotel and staff.
