This place had fights happening every night between 2am and 4am. The rooms smell horrible and the duvets have cigarettes burns in a non smoking room. The rooms were old with cracked mirrors and dirty flooring. Its unkept and not worth the price at all.

The room was extremely dirty and the 3 days I stayed there I never had anyone come to clean the room. I had to go to the counter to get my own towels. the room smelled of cigarettes. the bed comforter was awful and had several cigarette burns. the pillows smelled and I had to request more. the A/C unit is a fire hazard and I pointed it out to management who didnt even care. The fridge did not work and looked like it had not worked for months. I requested one . The ironing board was disgusting and they brought me another one. The closet rod to hang clothes was missing and I had to wait a day to get it replaced. The place smelled of WEED everywhere and the elevators just simply stink . This hotel need to be reviewed by the city and probably be shut down until all areas are up to code. Its just an absolute dump.. I had no choice as Expedia pictures were a little misleading... The bathroom pictures don't reflect nothing as shown. Hopefully someone reads this and take it seriously and take a strong look at this facility

Very low quality 1st night toliet was backed up n flood. Chick at the front desk lied amd said they had no more rooms. When i stated i wasn't staying in that room she magically found another room. That room had no ac or fridge n the lock was broke. Promised me a new room the next morning. Didn't get that room til almost 1 oclock. This room the sink was clogged . Worst experience ever

This stay was booked because it’s “close” to JFK (still a 25 min drive) and affordable. However, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room they gave us had no bedding (no blankets / pillows), room was very dirty and full of actual cigarette smoke. The smoke detector had a plastic bag tied around it. The door and walls had dust holes and dents. The room had what I would call a “sex” chair that was also not clean from the look of it. Interactions happening in the lobby made it seem like the kind of hotel you rent by the hour, if you know what I mean. I complained about the bedding and the smoke and they gave us a different room, which was slightly better, but still disgustingly filthy, especially the bathroom. The drains were full of hair, the walls and towels were stained, and the shower curtain had something growing on it. The room is advertised and sound-proof, but definitely was not. It was unsafe, uncomfortable, and unsanitary.

The first night was terrible, ppl outside were making noise and not respecting ppl trying to sleep, their was a security guard but he should have walked around the perimeter.
