Room was clean. Nice young man at front desk morning of 1/17 was able to help us ! Currently pregnant and was having bad morning sickness, he was able to offer us complementary late check out. It’s little things that keep me coming back to Hyatt!

Despite booking a room for three people on arrival, I was told they had no additional beds available so my seven year-old had to sleep in the bed with us. After a lot of pestering, they managed to sort one out the next day. Having left two jumpers in the wardrobe (obviously my own fault) they hand that process off to a company that holds your goods hostage and wants US$230 to ship it.

Room was very small and this is after upgrading to a suite but the staff at the hotel was awesome. Breakfast leaves something to be desired but the coffee and the cafe personnel was excellent. All and all it was a very pleasant experience.

Great place! We loved our room and view and the amenities were fantastic. We were close to everything in Times Square and enjoyed it being a central hub for us as our 1st time visit! Staff was wonderful as well! We went to Bar 54 one night and really enjoyed it! Great rooftop city views and great drinks!
