I really loved staying at Hyatt place. The staff were very friendly and their space is very clean which is very important to me. The shower was hot and I loved how you could walk to Times Square and broadway.

I stayed here for my boyfriends birthday and our anniversary, they set up balloons and some treats for us in our room, and upgraded us, also gave us early check in and late check out, Jennifer (staff member) was especially helpful and nice, she made our stay that much better. I would definitely stay here again, the only con I could share was that rooms are not soundproof so you can hear neighbors but we didn’t get noisy ones, and breakfast is average but solid. Overall my stay was very good.
