We arrived at the hotel where the parking lot was littered with garbage, lots of kids were running all around the lobby and by the check in desk and we found out parking was $75 day. We opted to cancel our reservation 2 hours after we made it and was told I would still be charged the first night for the 2 rooms I booked. I am very disappointed and will not use Expedia again. I will be disputing the charges.

The room was very clean, the staff were very courteous and extremely helpful. What stood out immediately while walking into reception was was the cleanliness and neat everything was. I would recommend this hotel and certainly stay again.

Everything was great. My only complaint was the shuttle bus that came to the airport. Took a long time to show up. The first shuttle bus that came said oh they don’t do that particular Hampton Inn.
