My reservation was not what I was expecting, the ladies at reception were very kind to accommodate me. There was a lot of construction around the property, so I didn’t get to appreciate the true beauty

We had a great stay in one of the stone cottage. This was a good starting point for hiking in bear mountain as well as shopping at the outlet. We stayed for two nights over the winter holidays. Only disappointment was that while the common area in the cottage has a cozy fire place, seating in front of the fire was limited to two armchairs and every single time we came back from our outings, they were already taken :(

Beautiful to stay in one of the Stone Cottages in the snow. It was restorative and lovely, as well as being clean and comfortable. The first night of our stay it was quite chilly in the room, and the internet WiFi was down. But the rest of the time during our stay was just fine. The inn and dining are wonderful, historic, with a lot of charm.

Room too cold, no hot water in the bathroom sink. Thanksgiving dinner at the restaurant could improve the quality of ingridients for the price being charged. We reported the hot water and heat issues, no improvement. Breakfast at the cafe was bleh. Views are amazing! Nature around is just so beautiful.
