Mike at the front desk was awesome! This place is in a great location and everything was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the bar closed early even though it said open to 11.

Some staff were very friendly and helpful while others were not. Room was clean but they only provide housekeeping services after your third day so you are having to take out your own trash and have to ask for additional towels and washcloths as needed.

No TV remote in the room, fan in the bathroom was broken. Strange hose coming from the ceiling into the shower??!! It was otherwise clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was not friendly or rude. Slightly above Average stay.

The Cambria is well kept and has a good kitchen, staff and bar. The accomodations are nice with a speedy elevator, comfortable beds and a spaciousness shower in the bathroom. It's a convenient walk to Canada (take your passport) to view the falls or walk to Niagara Falls state park all while passing several shopping and restaurant options. Highly recommend this modern hotel for staying in NY.

The stay was great. The Beds were the best i have had in a hotel ever. The location is super great. Only 5 mins or so from the Falls. The only down fall is the room smelled funky. It smelt like they might have had a toilet back up or something and it was being covered with a strong air freshner. But i have to say by the morning it went away.

Honestly, one of the better hotels we have stayed in everything was clean. Staff was on top of everything. The bar was great. Very conveniently located. The only complaint I have is the $18 breakfast in the morning. It seems a little steep.

We asked for housekeeping on tuesday did not receive it, on Wednesday we called the frint desk again told them what we wanted and also put the tag on the door stating what we wanted and they literally dropped towels off and that was it. There was no body wash in container. So we were very disappointed in the housekeeping. And the smell of pot coming from the rooms was ridiculous. Especially when you pay for a nonsmoking room but everyone around you is smoking.
