I sent an email to the property and I never got a response. Our room was dirty. There was what looked like bodily fluids on the couch and hand prints on the window. I was anything but pleased with the fact that no one got back to me to discuss this. I have recommended this hotel to so many people because it's such a cute hotel. I will never go back and I certainly will never recommend it again.

We stayed at this hotel in Niagara Falls. The location and overall atmosphere were nice and cozy. However, we encountered some issues upon arrival: we were given a key to a room that was already occupied, the shower doors were broken and difficult to use, and the shampoo dispenser was not refilled. Additionally, the cleaning staff did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging. Despite these issues, the hotel was comfortable and pleasant overall.

The property location is perfect! we walked a lot and felt safe. The border crossing is just right down the street, again walking distance, the Niagra State Park, everything is so convenient. The food at the hotel was good as well. Will defiantly stay again.

Mike checked us in and he was very kind and knowledgeable. The hotel was built in 2024, so everything was practically new. You can see Canada from the hotel. You can walk to the American Falls and also to the Canadian side very easily great restaurants that are local are close by. The only downside is if you come back late at night, there is no parking and you have to park offsite which is not always convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cambria hotel. It was near the Niagara Falls state park (walkable) and the hotel staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast staff ladies were really nice and had great customer service. Thanks for a great stay!
