The room was a good size and very clean. The only comment would be that the pillows were not the best.

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet, location, room size and cleanliness
My daughter and I used the 3 days for shopping and found the location excellent. The hotel is situated between Niagara Falls Fashion Outlets and Walden Galleria with the Boulevard Mall in between. We would definitely stay there again. We arrived early and our room was ready so we checked in early and got started at our shopping.

the guy who checked us in was ok,but the young lady that works there is very rude,locked us out of room after two days,i tryed to explain to her we had paid for three days,but she would not listen,even had copy of resavations,but she made me pay for another night so we could get back in our room,later the other guy came and saw what she did and corrected it and refunded us. we than had had enough and checked out of the place and returned home a day early,very crappy

Property was close to the Canada border. There was no microwave in the room thus you have to go to the hotel lobby to heat food. Overall, for the price it was worth the stay.

This property was definitely budget friendly for me. What you pay, is what you get in a way. Room was clean, NO bedbugs in the room we had, free breakfast (get there early), the bed was firm but comfortable, and housekeeping checked to see if we needed anything everyday. My only complaints I had was that neighbors were super loud all hours of the night, our bathroom smelled kinda like urine when we arrived, and housekeeping had cleaned our room when we weren't there. Yes this is very helpful and was a nice to have a clean environment, but I didn't like the fact that my belongings were in the room unattended. Nothing was taken from me which I was thankful for. Overall not a horrible place to stay if you have a smaller budget. It is 20 minutes from Niagara Falls so if you have to Uber like I did, it can get expensive.

The room stinks so bad with chemicals they cleaned the room with it was giving us headaches I called to get another room and they didn't have any he wouldn't get my money back for me to go elsewhere so I slept in the freaking truck wife had a sleeping pill she slept through it with a bad headache in the morning right in the middle so they didn't help us at all
