After reading amazing reviews we booked our two night stay. Arrived and had a wonderful experience with the front desk woman, but then we got to our room and immediately were disappointed. There was makeup all over the bathroom, long black hair in sink and shower, finger nails on the ground, and eyelashes on the vent. Not to mention stained sheets, dirty counters and it smelled awful. Told the front desk and she moved us to another room, this room was even worse. Blood in the shower, pee and poop on toilet seat, dirty floors, left over food in fridge and trash in all 3 garbage cans. Finally got upgraded to another room and it was still not great. I was highly disappointed. I never have these issues at hotels, but apparently there was a new cleaner. Pictures and an email sent to manager. Don’t settle people.

Terrible experience. First room the hot water tank didn’t work. Second room because i was moved, tje jets were broken. Than when i called and confirmed that all things were indicated the agreed and offered me a stay for more than half of what i paid for the original stay. I can not believe what is taking place. I have dtayed with them many times and have never been so disturbed by how i was treated.

We came a little late due car trouble. The registrar was polite, patient, and explained everything. Gave directions and instructions on visiting sites if we had time. We were there for a funeral and not sure of good places to take children.
