"I recommend this hotel. It’s was 10 out 10… the desk crew was very polite and made sure I had my room on time because I got there early. The bar area 10 and cleanness of hotel 10…. Love it because it was steps from the Barrymore theater where I was in town for Broadway play. "

"Rude staff! I have stayed here before and it’s been okay- not great, but after this last stay, I will definitely not be coming back. Unfortunately I got very ill during my most recent visit and I called guest services to ask if I had some things delivered from the drug store could they be brought up to my room. They said yes. When my items showed they had been delivered, I called back down to guest services and they connected me with the front desk. The person who answered literally told me “nope” when I asked about my items being brought up to my room. She was beyond rude and told me it was against policy and didn’t care what guest services had told me. I couldn’t believe how rude she was- turned me off to this hotel for good. "
