There are two Hilton Grand properties. I did not know this when I booked this facility. Everything was fine but a surprise upon my arrival as I did not recognize anything. Just stayed 2 nights and had a busy schedule so did not do any activity on site.

Orlando Hilton grand villa vacay

Nice accommodations but bedroom and kitchen were small. The kitchen was very understocked. The dish towels were useless and couldn’t dry anything. The only place to throw out garbage was the first floor and it was under lock and key. Staff was nice but no real discounts unless you sat through a 2 hr (probably high pressure sales pitch). Since I’m paying for my stay my short time there is not worth killing a day. Location is good and pools are good.

Great stay for the money

I have stayed here 3x in the last 6 months. Not a single complaint, quiet very family like atmosphere not loud. Rooms are great and the bonus is the little cute store that serves amazing food !

Great location very close to WDW. Staff was excellent. 3 bedroom/3 bath suite was spacious and clean. Pool and spa both very good. Furnishings need an update. Matress and pillows felt cheap and not that comfortable.

Noisy

The suite and amenities and location were great. The only downside was how noisy the suite was. We could hear conversations in the next door suite that seemed to be going on at an ordinary volume. The hallway outside was tunnel like and the sounds from there really echoed loudly. Conversations outside —10 feet away from our mini deck — could be heard inside through the closed sliding glass door. Needless to say we became very conscious of sounds we were making.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Grand Villas Vacation Club. We booked a 2 bedroom stay for 4 nights. We needed a bigger room than what we could get for the same price on Disney World property. The cost of this room would have been the same cost (or more) as a standard room on Disney property. The room was huge! We had plenty of room for myself, daughter, mom, friend, and her son to spread out and not be squished together. The room was very clean. The beds were not very comfortable. Not sure if they are new, but they were very hard. This hotel was a quick 10-15 minute drive to any of the Disney World theme parks. We will definitely stay here again!

We usually book hotels with kitchenettes, even when travelling for shorter durations since one of our family members has significant food allergies. Our room was very large, clean and the kitchen was excellent. There were plenty of cooking utensils and the fridge and other appliances were in good working order. The other guests were very friendly and it was fun to play bingo poolside. It felt like a family gathering with people we had just met. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely book again the next time we are in Orlando.
