The front desk people have nothing to do at night and the coffee area is so dirty and messy, I had to look for cups and lids in the drawers. They should at least clean that up since they are just sitting there doing nothing. Same with the breakfast team. The two sisters from Venezuela were very nice to all guests, the shorter lady with the dark short hair is very rude. People like this should not work specially around kids, and alot of children stay there because of Disney.

The room was great except the rug was soaking wet and the room smelled slightly of mold. Otherwise it was an amazing stay. Beds are comfy. Good food and shopping nearby.

The bathroom had fungus in the walls, clearly not cleaned properly, the towel look like they have been used 10,000 times. The sink was dirty as well. The breakfast was the best.

Very nice, clean hotel that offers all of the amenities that you need for an extended stay. The pool and grilling area are beautiful and well maintained. There are restaurants, stores and outlets within walking distance. Also, close to the highways. The free breakfast was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to please!

The staff were amazing, very helpful. The room was clean and stocked with enough supplies. I would recommend the carpet on our floor be deep cleaned or changed. This was my first time staying here and it will not be my last.

Nice property, close to some shopping. Very close to Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, McDonalds and Cheesecake Factory close. The rooms are spacious with good counter space, full fridge, would stay again

Nice friendly staff, room was neat and tidy but few bits of mess about in hallways, breakfast was ok. Everything has to be caveated with the very reasonable price to stay here.
