Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We stayed January 02 to 04 2026 in room 302 and had a very bad night. The bathroom was not clean. The shower, in particular, clearly had not been properly cleaned, and there was almost no water coming out of the shower. The water pressure was extremely low, making it very difficult to shower. In addition, the pillowcase was dirty and stained, which was unacceptable. The mattress was also very uncomfortable, as it was sunken in the middle, making it hard to rest properly. Overall, cleanliness and comfort were far below expectations, and this significantly affected our stay.

The rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage space, such as drawers and cabinets, for long stays like us was just perfect The TV has limited channels and needs improvement. It has a full kitchen, a clean and spacious bathroom with good quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The breakfast has many options. for linens sorry but I think they should invest in better washing of the towels because they were not white and hard (yellowing, not white). I also noticed a bad smell in the reception/lobby and breakfast area. The tables were clean but need special attention and better clean funny smells like it needs a deeper cleaning (using air fresheners makes the lack of a deeper cleaning even more noticeable). The staff is excellent, the breakfast ladies are friendly and a considerable 9 (just pay attention to the towels and cleanliness in the lobby/dining area). It was excellent. Ps:near to the nice mall/target/food that u can to walking to there just really amazing location

The front desk people have nothing to do at night and the coffee area is so dirty and messy, I had to look for cups and lids in the drawers. They should at least clean that up since they are just sitting there doing nothing. Same with the breakfast team. The two sisters from Venezuela were very nice to all guests, the shorter lady with the dark short hair is very rude. People like this should not work specially around kids, and alot of children stay there because of Disney.

The room was great except the rug was soaking wet and the room smelled slightly of mold. Otherwise it was an amazing stay. Beds are comfy. Good food and shopping nearby.

Very nice, clean hotel that offers all of the amenities that you need for an extended stay. The pool and grilling area are beautiful and well maintained. There are restaurants, stores and outlets within walking distance. Also, close to the highways. The free breakfast was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to please!

Great stay

The staff were amazing, very helpful. The room was clean and stocked with enough supplies. I would recommend the carpet on our floor be deep cleaned or changed. This was my first time staying here and it will not be my last.
