Imagine a Private Home with Heated Pool 6 Bedrooms & Only 15 min from Disney!!!

Where imagination runs wild and memories are made! A "kid friendly" home only 15 minutes from Disney World/Universal Studios/Sea World as well as many other attractions. 6 Bedrooms with 3 "kid-themed" rooms ( Pirate room, Princess room and the Roadster Racers room) A game room. Two bedrooms with king size beds. Two bedrooms with queen size bed. A private pool and spa, with child security gate in an enclosed Lanai. The home has 3 1/2 bathrooms, TVs in all the bedrooms with free cable service and WIFI. The home has a fully equipped kitchen.
The gated community of Windsor Palms is only 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Cape Canaveral is hour away. The community offers an Olympic size pool , fitness center, tennis courts, playground, basketball court and a Tikki Bar . Shopping and restaurants are less than 10 min from the community (including I HOP,MacDonald's, Chick Filet, Walmart, The Outback. For Finer Dinning the town of Celebration ( a small quaint area) offers some very nice restaurants and shops.

La maison Ă©tait propre et les commoditĂ©s de base Ă©taient disponibles. Nous avons louĂ© plusieurs fois dans le Windsor Palm et nous sommes rarement déçus. Se sera un plaisir d’y retourner.

Great Villa and access, had a couple of minor issues(leaky tap and a stuck door), both issues resolved quickly and a professionally.Villa was great with large bedrooms and the pool was very good, kids loved it.Will book here if visiting again with the same party size.

Spring Break Fun!

We had a wonderful week for our spring break vacation with our family of ten. It is an older resort development but the house was well maintained by the owner and the resort management maintains the grounds well. In the house each bedroom had very comfortable sleeping arrangements and bathrooms were clean and well equipped. The kitchen was a nice size and well equipped and the dining table was large and has comfortable chairs. The pool and patio was perfect for our family. Having the access to a half bath in the patio area made it convenient when you get out of the pool and all wet and not track water through the house. The walk to the club house was easy to do even with four little ones. The garage had a small wagon which was helpful getting the kiddos back and forth from the club house. We went to Magic Kingdom one day and it was an easy 20 minute drive which was nice and convenient. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within 2miles of the house too! We had questions before we arrived about access to the resort and each time we got responses quickly. There is no grille at the house but we were able to rent one through Global Resort Home, the 3rd party rental management company. It arrived when we got there and was clean and ready to use.We loved our visit and enjoyed just staying at the house most of the week, enjoying the pool and house amenities! .

Beautiful Home - Nice Neighborhood

We had the best time! Our group consisted of myself, my son and his wife a 6 year old set of twins and a 14 month old set of twins and a 12 year old. It n was lovely to get away for a week of snow in Maine to the warm sunny weather and beautiful home. It was 82 degrees all 7 days we were there. There was not one hitch or glitch from check in to check out. The pool and hot tub was such a nice break between adventures, in fact the babies and the 6 year olds liked that better than anything else we did !! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to stay at your lovely home !!!

Not the best

The house is huge if you have a big family. The cooling/heating system was broke. The check in day it was 58 degrees in the house took multiple calls/emails to finally get a tech out to find out it was broke. Was never fixed on the 8 day stay. Then the dishwasher was broke and never had that fixed either. The computers in the garage never were able to play games. Also says pool heat is included which it is, but took two days to make it warm enough to swim, and that was with.a whole day of the pump running all night. Then being told it takes a full 24hrs to heat up. Then it should be on before arrival or left on all night at first so you’re able to use right when check in. Overall the house was night but would have been nice to have things working. The owners answered the first night, other than that it was all a company they use we had to communicate with.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful property, fantastic proximity to WDW and secure gated community. My only dissatisfaction was the cleanliness of the pool. Pool was dirty upstairs n arrival and when I called to see if it could be cleaned, I was told it was "on a schedule.". No one came to clean it during our stay and there was no pool vacuum. That really detracted from an otherwise great stay.

Beautiful home / pool area

We took our adult children and grandkids to Disney 3/31-4/6. This house was perfect for all 10 of us! The kids LOVED the pool. The house had everything we needed. The only issue was the Wi-Fi was updated 3/25 but non of the information reflected that change of name/password. We had to have someone come out on 4/1 to provide this information- but this had no impact on our stay or the home. Thank you for a wonderful stay- we really enjoyed your home.

Amazing home for a family vacation!

We loved your home and felt so comfortable during our stay. It was beautiful, clean and the perfect place to come home to after a day at the parks! The pool and hot tub were great and the pool gate really gave us peace of mind having our 3 year old grandson. He loved the race car room and my husband and son loved playing pool in the evening. Plenty of space for everyone to either be together or find a place to be alone. Just a perfect vacation!

Friendly staff, great owners

We visited John and Jean's property in January 2023, and despite arriving to find a few issues they were immediately corrected. John and Jean were extremely responsive when I expressed concerns and ensured that the property management company corrected next day. Everyone that we dealt with during the week was extremely friendly. The house has many thoughtful touches for the area such as childrens dishes, a childrens table, and the themed bedrooms which our littles adored. We did not get to take advantage of the pool as much as we may have liked due to cold weather at the beginning of our stay but owners can not control the weather, and the pool was quite warm by the end of the week. We thouroughly enjoyed being able to soak our legs in the hot tub after long days at the park and the location was convenient to everything.

Great location and property

I stayed with my adult children and grandchildren for the Thanksgiving holiday. We went to Disney and the location was great. Walmart was 8 minutes away and Disney was 15 minutes away. Lots of room for everyone and we definitely enjoyed ourselves.

Fun Time at Disney

We had a great time on our Disney vacation at this property. We only had one hiccup at check in. The code that I was given for the door wasn’t working, but we got that quickly resolved in 5 minutes. Outside of that, it was great. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool after Disney and the adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub.

Perfect stay!

We just got home after a two-week stay. We've stayed in a dozen or so VRBO properties, and this one was absolutely in the top two (the other was beachfront Hawaii). We had stayed in the Windsor Palms neighborhood a couple of years ago and it was just as lovely this trip as before--quiet, clean, gated, beautifully landscaped, and with nice amenities. The house was perfect for us. Usually the pictures on VRBO do a place justice, but honestly this house was better than the pictures. Definitely seemed much bigger than in the pictures. It had an open concept with two-story living area which was wonderful. We had three families at the same time for five days of our two-week stay and we all had plenty of room. Lots to do with pool table, hot tub, pool, lounge chairs, TVs in all six bedrooms, and even two sets of golf clubs. The outside area was great. Really nice pool. Lots of outdoor seating. I worked outside every morning, and we had most of our meals outside. The wi-fi for me was one of the greatest features. I had reached out to Jean about the wi-fi because I needed to work some while I was there, and she said it was 300 Mbps download and 300 Mbps upload. I was skeptical. I recently went on a cruise and the expensive wi-fi package was supposed to be fast, but instead was a terrible 8-11 Mbps. To my pleasant surprise, the wi-fi at the house was very close to 300 Mbps as promised which is lightning fast. It was even over 200 Mbps outdoors by the pool! Really great! So if you need to work remotely or stream movies, this is the place. The house was very clean on arrival. It is well stocked. Overall, it was a perfect choice for us and we will definitely be back! Thank you John and Jean for the perfect stay!

Loved our stay!

We had an amazing stay! So much space. This offered the comfort and privacy we were hoping for after long days in theme parks. We had pool days where we got to enjoy the pool and hot tub both. Soo relaxing. I was a bit nervous with the pool with our toddler but the fence works very well and the doors have safety locks so it eased my worry. We found it to be a great, gated community. The themed rooms were fun! We especially liked the pirate room. We had a really nice time. We would definitely stay here again! The owners are incredible! They respond very quickly.

Very nice house

The house was very nice and met our needs for vacation. My only complaint would be the extra charge for the pool heat that was not disclosed until I called to have it turned on.
