The ad about the condo said it had been recently renovated or updated....it hasn't. The guest bathroom sink had a large crack in the bowl and definitely needed to be updated. The pool table you had to pay to use, should be included and notnan additional charge. Also, day of check out we had until 11 and the cleaning people were ringing the door bell at 9:45am. And when we answered they were trying to rush us out of the condo. We told them we have until 11 to check out and we will be here til closer to 11, they were not happy. Then while loading up our cars we couldnt get back into the condo because the key code had already been changed, thank god we had people still in the condo to let us back in so we could grab the rest of our things. I have stayed at this complex numerous other times in different buildings and units and have never ever run into this happening before. Probably will not stay at this unit or with this owner again.

Fabulous property! Very clean and tidy. The floor plan is open and nice and roomy. The amenities are great and it’s close to everything you need. The hosts were readily available but not needed, because everything went very smooth with check in and exit. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Property was very comfortable and there was plenty of room both in the bedrooms and common spaces. It was also super close to Universal Studios and we could walk to nearby shops and restaurants. We were in town for a wedding that was largely downtown and it was easy to get rideshare services back and forth from the property.

I specifically chose this property because it was listed under the "crib" filter, and I even messaged the host prior to booking to confirm. The host assured me there was a "foldable crib," but we arrived to find only a Pack 'n Play. These are not the same thing, especially regarding safe sleep standards for infants. When I raised this, the host was dismissive, claiming they are considered the same.Furthermore, the property is not child-friendly, despite the listing's filters:Safety Hazards: There were glass tables and vases throughout the unit.Hazardous Chemicals: My toddler found pest control tablets easily accessible under the sink. This is extremely dangerous and a major safety oversight.Additional Issues:After booking, the host sent a separate "Rental Agreement" not mentioned in the listing, requesting my full credit card and ID number via unsecure email. I felt very uncomfortable with this request for sensitive data outside of the VRBO platform.I would not recommend this stay for families with small children due to the misleading information and safety risks.

We absolutely loved our stay! The pool area was clean and the water was perfect. The drinks at the bar were delicious and so was the food. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Our host Frank answered all of my questions and was on top of everything. Definitely recommend and we would love to come back!
