Covid -19 Triple Layer Bedding with flat sheet, blanket and top cover everything sanitized between stays. Covid-19 team cleaning all common areas and pool areas. The lobbies all have hand sanitizers also.
Vista Cay Resort Orlando features over 800 luxury condominiums and town homes with two and three bedrooms in a secluded master planned development. Spanning over 1,500 acres, Vista Cay comfort and elegance for every visitor. From families and couples to tour groups and business travelers, Vista Cay in Orlando, Florida is a resort haven in the midst of all the excitement and the Orlando attractions. This lakefront resort complex is located adjacent to the Orlando Convention Center and within minutes from the Int'l airport, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Walt Disney Parks.

This property is new to owner so all furniture and appliances are brand new in Vista Cay resort that was just finished in 2007. The best part is the front entrance is Universal Blvd. and the back exit leads you onto International Dr. SeaWorld is 1 1/2 miles away. The convention center is walking distance which is 1/4 mile away. Fantastic location in the heart of the tourism district.

We had an amazing time staying in Orlando. And having a nice and clean place to sleep was a plus. The check in process was quick and easy, and we didn’t have to deal with front desk. Rooms were great and the kitchen was huge! There was room for everybody!

A wonderful condo experience. Great communication on a last minute trip. Easy check in. And an even easier check out. Listing was accurate. Location was convenient to the amusement parks. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay!

We all loved this stay so much. Very roomy with four bedrooms, SO close to Universal, plenty of restaurants, and the pool area exceeded our expectations. We wish we could have stayed longer and plan to do so in the future. The owner was extremely fast at responding. No complaints there!My only advice is go bring shampoo/conditioner. They provide a conditioning shampoo, but it really dried out my hair.

Great stay at Vista Caay

We have stayed at Vista Cay, but had a larger group this year so needed this four bedroom unit. For ease of access to epic universe and the convention center it was phenomenal. The condo was quite spacious, easy to access, and in good shape. It had enough utensils and dishware to get by for a group of seven.We had a few hiccups with a set of sheets needing to be replaced, but the property manager was in contact with us 24 hours a day. I was quite impressed with the timeliness of their response. I would have no concern staying here again, as if there were any new issues, they would be addressed immediately.My only frustration with Vista Cay in general (not specific to this condo!) is that they do not provide enough toiletries and/or bath towels for a larger group. There is a washer and dryer on property which function just fine, but one towel per person for a five day stay even with the ability to do laundry is not enough. I wish they gave even a 10-15 option to add some extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and/or another towel for each person. I would do that in a heartbeat.All in all another great stay at Vista Cay.

Very Spacious!

Our family stayed for a Sunshine State BMX State Championship race and awards ceremony. We really enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room to stretch out afterwards. The pools are fantastic and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee.

Plenty of room!

This rental was clean, well kept and spacious. We had 3 generations of family traveling together. Everyone fit and we had room to spread out. Close drives to Disney, Universal and Discovery cove. It was a perfect central location for a large family.

Great location

We had a great stay. Amazing location for sea world and epic universe. Would definitely stay there again. My only issue was the floor was not clean. Large amounts of dirt/sand, feet turned black immediately while walking barefoot. Everyone had to keep on their socks.

Perfect size

Place was great and centrally located. I had trouble communicating with the host prior to check in, but host was responsive once we checked in. We had a large group and the place was a perfect size for us. 4 bedrooms is definitel harder to find and this was perfect. Although it is listed as a 3 bedroom suite it is a 4 bedroom.
