Helpful Resort Information

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM (Lobby located beyond main entrance); check-out is strictly 10:00 AM.

• Home Week Check-In Day: Saturday.

• Minimum Check-In Age: Primary registering guest must be at least 18 years of age with a valid photo ID.

• Daily Resort Charge Features: Includes Wi-Fi, TV streaming/casting, 2 cups of coffee or 2 bottles of water daily, select resort activities, 10% off 60-min massage, nightly movies, PressReader, and park shuttles.

• Parking Details: We offer complimentary self-parking throughout the resort on a first-come, first-served basis. Self-parking is available for $10.00 + 6.5% tax per night (with in/out privileges). Valet parking and EV charging are not available.

• Late Arrival / No-Show Policy: Guests arriving after midnight must notify the front desk in advance to avoid reservation cancellation.

• Early Checkout & Late Checkout Fees: Early checkouts incur a fee equal to 1 night's room rate plus taxes. Late checkouts between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM incur a $75 fee (subject to availability), while checkouts after 2:00 PM incur a full 1-night room rate charge.

• Package Policy: Incoming guest packages incur handling fees by weight (1-15 lbs: $6.25; 16-30 lbs: $12.50; 31+ lbs: $25.00; pallet: $90 flat rate).

House Rules / Policies

• 100% Smoke-Free Property: Non-smoking in guest rooms and suites. A $250 fee will be assessed for smoking in non-smoking areas.

• Strictly No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited on resort grounds. Officially documented service animals are permitted.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
