We arrived early in the morning before check in time, the front desk staff was terribly rude. The room was not clean, there were hairs on the floor was disgusting. We were on the 1st floor, the guest above had been storming all night. Terrible experience, will never return for sure.

The atmosphere at Spot X was comfortable and very clean and the staff especially Marisela the front receptionist was really customer oriented, made me want to stay at this hotel whenever I visit Orlando or anywhere else this hotel is based.
