The hotel is definitely a low grade hotel. The biggest complaint I have are the extra tiny pillows. I never in my life ever heard or saw of a hotel using mini pillows. They were horrible and uncomfortable. You can tell the hotel is lacking any care or comfort for their patrons. Why mini pillows? My neck and back were destroyed from this experience. And talking to other patrons no one could believe the size of the pillows. This is the first time I ever stayed in a hotel where there wasn't even a box of tissues in the room. The room was lacking a comfort feel. The room felt grimmy as well. One other big complaint is how in the world do you serve coffee all day long but do not offer decaf. I had to wait for the kitchen to open so I can get decaf coffee and I had to actually pay for it. I had to pay for decaf coffee never in my life did I have to pay for decaf coffee in a hotel. I stay at many hotels and decided to give this one a try. Never will I ever come back here and I will definitely give this hotel a very bad rating. The free continental breakfast was laughable as well. Not even a piece of fruit. I noticed there were a lot of foreigners and maybe they are used to this kind of service, but believe me this was horrific in my book. You can tell this hotel is just a cheap money hungry sorry place to stay with lacking amenities The reason I am giving it a 2 star and not a 1 is because the staff were very nice and all were embarrassed when went to them with my complaints.

Fee to park my car was a surprise when I arrived. Was not mentioned in the reservation. Included breakfast was limited, had to pay for things like eggs. Room service had to be requested and only changed sheets if staying more than 4 days. Rooms were not in the best of condition, signs of disrepair. Will likely choose a different hotel when retuning to Orlando next year.

Staff weren’t friendly. Pillows were half the size of a normal ones and were very uncomfortable. Felt like they were stuffed with hard foam. I guess you had to ask for room service as they never came to change sheets. Other than that it was a ok stay but wouldn’t book with them again.

The front desk attendants both shifts we're completely alienated and obnoxious, detach from their position and role description, and I think it's one of the worst services I've seen in a hotel's frontage. General service is not the greatest. Yet, the propertybis functional and all other staff members did a good job to their capacity.

Room was clean but no hair dryer or coffee maker and pillows were awful. . Hallway stunk of weed, despite the no smoking policy. Breakfast was basic carbs, there was an extra charge if you wanted eggs or meat. Based on the price point I was expecting a better experience.

The rooms were clean , but not very cozy . The way the rooms looked - felt like you were in a student dorm rather than hotel. The shower was nice though. The swimming pool was very well kept and clean. But it is too small. There is not enough space around the pool and only two lounge chairs. We were able to use it though and enjoyed it very much. The breakfast was not good. There were hardly any fruits (only old bananas). And no vegetables at all. It was also very crowded. Other than that - the stay was nice - quiet and comfortable. And there is a Publix grocery store and other shopping (Burlington, Marshall’s) within walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful.
