Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home. There is a rental cost to use. Charcoal grills are not allowed.

This house was amazing for our week vacation! We even planned two days and stayed in the house. That’s how awesome it was. The different themed rooms for Harry Potter were awesome. All the detail that they put into the Harry Potter details was amazing. The mini arcade games with unlimited play and the little cubby under the stairs with the old arcade Games was awesome.Will absolutely be staying here again when we come back to Orlando!!

House was everything that you could have imagined. The pictures are exactly what you see when you walk into each room. We loved to watch movies in the theater, and the kids played every game multiple times. The hot tub and pool worked perfectly, and the outside movie screen was great for an evening grilling out. Best Vacation House Ever

The house we stayed at was great. The Harry Potter Theme throughout the house was unbelievable. The whole family enjoyed it, kids and adults alike. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it whether or not you are a Harry Potter fan.

We stayed in this home for 13-days and had a blast the entire time. The location of the home is wonderful and we felt safe in the community. Our party had age ranges from 7 to 73, and the house was fit to accommodate all. We went to disney, but honestly I wish we had built in more days to just enjoy the home. The pool was great. We stayed at the Hogwarts Inn recently and did not want to leave. From the moment walking in the front door to the last moment there we had a wonderful experience. The property owner was easy to communicate with and any concerns were quickly addressed . The home itself was immaculate and had all we needed. The pool and spa were awesome and used by us frequently. The movie room was amazing. Like at the movies. The rooms were so well decorated and comfy. We ended up spending most of our time at the house rather than going out and about. The community is nice and peaceful as well. Will want to come back again soon.
